This is one of her most important character traits she possess. It leads to kindness, peace, and forgiveness; all qualities she feels she strive toward. So, that makes compassion and tolerance not a sign of weakness but strength. Also, the commitment she shows of doing things for all people, not for who they are or what they do in return, but because of who she is. If you search the dictionary for "COMPASSION" you will see her name. Developing leaders to serve the Lord at a young age is a core foundation to a positive future. With this, Emily designed a program called, Junior Leaders, where preteens and teens would enter into a discipleship program to serve within the church, learn about leadership skills and develop their own outreaches.
